I meet you where you are, as an individual with curiosity, can-do and compassion. I approach exercise through the lens of evolution and believe our hunter gatherer ancestors offer us a compelling and achievable model for health and movement that is organic, varied, and joyful.
I take your emotions seriously; I know how we feel about our bodies, and our lives, can be the biggest barriers to change and conversely unlock our hidden potential.
I travel with a raft of technical skills, deep knowledge of anatomy and the body and 30 years’ experience of helping people to think differently to support them to make changes in their day to day and in the longer term.
I ask a lot of questions, I gather a lot of information, I take a holistic and 360 approach to this and offering 100% bespoke and specific recommendations/input. I am more consultant than trainer.
I take a client led approach that is highly responsive and flexible and at the same time invite my clients to hands-on and actively engaged, exerting choice, taking ownership of change, acting as a co-creator in their workout, their programme, their physically active life.
I share my knowledge with you in ways that allow you to embed it and carry it into your life or business, giving you a strong foundation to build on and develop.
