Undergoing a double hip replacement in my 50’s was transformational; I realised just how fundamental movement is to health, happiness and capacity for life.
It led me to change career to help others to exercise, to be physically active and to use movement to be their best selves both at home and at work.
I am a fully qualified and certified personal trainer with 30 years professional experience as an architect, property developer and a workplace consultant,
I combine these skills to help people and businesses be their best selves through movement
I see how hard it can be for people to be physically active in any sustainable way and that they are unaware of the additional resources available to them through being physically active.
I want to change that.
I believe our hunter gatherer ancestors offer a compelling blueprint for a life where exercise happens naturally and that we can each create our own version of this, that has meaning and makes sense to us.
