I am a fully qualified health and movement coach. I specialise in making realistic and permanent changes to your exercise, nutrition and lifestyle for lon-term health and wellbeing at home and at work
My approach is scientific and informed by human evolution. Our bodies evolved to be physically active and I help my clients create an active lifestyle where movement and exercise happens naturally as part of an active and joyful life.
After a successful career as an architect and workplace consultant, in 2019 I had a double hip replacement. Regaining my physical capability after years of struggle was transformational. I felt fully myself again and decided to pursue a new career as a health and movement coach. My experience has led me to help others reconnect with their bodies at home and at work and to rediscover the power of mobility through movement.
I am passionate about the role of movement for individuals and groups within the workplace and at home. Feeling connected to your body supports better life outcomes both personally and professionally. My knowledge and experience will provide you with a clear framework and better understanding of your body and how it likes to move, leaving you feeling inspired, energised and physically and mentally more capable of living your life to the full.
